Creating Clarity

One of the most valuable things that I have done for my success has been to create clarity. I have taken time to become so crystal clear in what I want to achieve. You see, when you create clarity, it makes your decisions simple. Note I did not say easy – I said simple. Making the choices can still be difficult but when I think about the future, saying no to things that do not serve that vision became so much simpler. Not only about saying no but saying YES to the things that serve that vision.

This is the time to dream. The time to think big. Then once you have thought big…think bigger! I want you to level up your life. It’s time to step into the person you want to become. The person you were meant to be. The life you were meant to live. You were not put on this earth to merely survive. You were meant to thrive. If we don’t take the time to create a vision of our self and our future, you have nothing to dream about, to get excited about. More importantly, you have no clear place to go. How can you create a road map if you don’t know where you’re going?

Okay, let’s dig in – WHO IS YOUR BEST SELF? Get out a piece of paper and start to write. Don’t edit it. Just write.

Who do you see in your future?

What does she (or he) look like?

What does she feel?

What are her thoughts?

What does her morning routine look like?

What does her day to day look like?

Who are her friends?

What matters to her?

What does she do?

Where does she live?

What are her contributions?

What is her impact?

What time does she get up at?

You don’t have to write out answers to all those questions, they are just meant to get you thinking. Once you have written your heart out, step back and think, “How can I dream bigger?” Seriously. Dream big. Dream boldly.

Now that you have your vision, your next step is to think about what are some small, first steps you can take to get there.

I would love for you to share with my your big, bold dreams. Tag me on social!
