Have you tried adding protein to your oatmeal? There are two ways you can do it…protein powder or egg whites. I prefer the whites method. Sounds weird right? This is where you are going to have to trust me.

  • 30g oats
  • 15 g finely grated carrot
  • splash of water (depending how you like it)
  • dash of pumpkin pie seasoning
  • 100g egg whites
  • Sweeten as you prefer (I like brown sugar personally).

Is this a super high protein breakfast?
No.
Is it a more balanced option than just oatmeal?
Absolutely.
